I have suggested that this Apps data we input needs to be broken down by date and year...the data we input just runs into a new year with no demarcation added that a new year even started!!

We should be able to search by any given date or year!! Also, where is our info we synced on Gas Cubby's web page??

The online manual has great sections explaining the use of search to break down by date. Still, there may be changes in Gas Cubby's future to make more rigid and semi-permanent separations by date than currently available.

The confirmation screen you saw when clicking the link in the confirmation email you received clearly explains Online Sync is merely set up. To use the Online Sync account you just set up, you must then tap the Sync button on the main screen of Gas Cubby. If you ever lose your data, only that which was on your phone the last time you tapped Sync will be recovered. The data is not currently available online.
